"Big changes in our lives can be a

second chance ".

Change Processes

Change processes are necessary wherever worlds collide and people interact with one another. Conflicts often arise in these "spaces". Some are rather banal, others not at all trivial.

In order to be able to successfully resolve conflicts (and to prevent them from running wild, including through repression, denial, projection, splitting, somatization and many other defense mechanisms that humans can develop), it would help one to leave one's own comfort zones and familiar ones To critically question survival strategies and beliefs. When they can no longer serve us in our personal development, we must learn to replace them with new resources and "life programs".

Humans are wonderful creatures. We all have innate sources of strength and self-healing that we were given when we were born, with the aim of using them meaningfully throughout our life. Not knowing, we often don't. We can learn to take our own lives back into our own hands and learn to use them actively to shape our lives anew. We all have the ability to become more resilient, to dissolve fears and blockages and thus to create new habitats worth living in.

Systematic repression of problems, feelings and fears create a breeding ground for hopelessness, emptiness, sadness, anger, aggression and at some point all kinds of physical and mental illnesses. Fear becomes our constant companion. But if we take our thoughts, feelings and emotions seriously and enable them to have a voice, they prove to be important resources in expanding our personality and promoting true change.

We can only manage a crisis successfully and sustainably if we consciously decide to take the first step in the direction of change. Changes start with and with us.

Successful changes lead back to our deepest core, making us aware of who we really are before we are taught who we need to be - to be loved, accepted, valued, seen and accepted. How often do we experience insecurities, insults, self-doubts because we have moved more and more away from our core, in which we are PERFECT as we are?

The systemic coaching offers great methods, flash cards, tools and assistance for all change processes to shed light on your own personality and to bring your own energy and strength back into balance.

How does change occur?

Every beginning begins with a first step.

The FIRST and the MOST IMPORTANT STEP is always the BIGGEST: it has to be a resounding YES! to be expressed about the change.

I often use visual working methods in change processes - such as the power of images (internal as well as external) or the body work from therapy to connect clients with their own sources of strength and to ignite new energies. Pictures say more than a thousand words and are considered strong anchors in everyday life.

During the change processes, you learn to mix the colors of life anew, to adopt new perspectives and to experiment with new experiences.

At the end of every journey, we are faced with a NEW ME who can live out all the qualities, strengths, resources, potentials and beauties that our OLD ME has lost for sheer life.
